Download and Install the Latest Audio Drivers and BIOS from the link:.

Test the audio output port through a known good head phones or external speakers.

Check the Audio Jacks, Speakers and audio cables for damage.

Run the Windows Audio Playback Diagnose and Repair from the below MS FIX-IT.
